2026 Announcements
Hello Summit Village Association neighbors,
We wish to clarify an email/mail recently sent to our membership that has generated much confusion and spread misinformation. While the communication appeared to be from the SVA, it was not. We want to assure everyone that the email list did not come from our current database and did not compromise the secure SVA website.
The SVA Board is truly appreciative of Devin Pringle’s work and dedication to our owners. Devin continues in his role as the SVA Beach Club manager. Kelly Pringle and David Swanson also continue to serve as beach club attendants. We welcome SVA owners and residents Tom Rohe and Maria Swayze to the club as our newest attendants.
We appreciate the respectful feedback provided to the Board regarding this issue. We appreciate your ongoing support of Devin, his staff and our Board of Directors.

April SVA Board of Directors Meeting – Owners welcome to observe virtually or in person!
On Wednesday, April 29, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM, the SVA Board of Directors will convene in the Fireside Parlor room at the Lakeview Hotel (Shanty Creek Resort) for its April meeting. Some Board members will participate virtually via Zoom.
ZOOM ACCESS TO OBSERVE MEETING NOW AVAILABLE FOR OWNERS!
Owners are cordially invited to attend the meeting in person or via Zoom. However, due to constraints on our Zoom account, you must email Mickey MacWilliams (mickeymacwilliams@outlook.com) by April 27 to request a link for the meeting.
The Fireside Parlor can be accessed directly by entering the Lakeview main hotel entrance. Go up the stairs, make a right turn, and follow the windows adjacent to the dining room. Proceed to the signs indicating the Fireside Room.Following the meeting, a few Board members will remain until 8:00 PM for informal discussion and inquiries.
The draft agenda is available for review here. Draft minutes will be posted on the website within a few weeks of the meeting for review.
Printed materials will not be distributed at the meeting. However, owners can access and print the comprehensive meeting materials packet accessible on the SVA website a few days prior to the event.

MARCH SVA BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING- RESIDENTS WELCOME TO OBSERVE!
On Thursday March 5, from 5:30 PM -7:30 PM, the SVA Board of Directors will be meeting in the Parlor A room at the Lakeview Hotel Conference Center (Shanty Creek Resort).
The Parlor A can be accessed most directly by entering the Lakeview Conference Center entrance (not the hotel entrance). Go down the hall and turn left to get to parlor A.
Residents are welcome to attend to observe the meeting which will include some board members in person and some on zoom. A few board members will be present after the meet (until 8 pm) for informal discussion and questions.

JANUARY SVA BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING- RESIDENTS WELCOME TO OBSERVE!
On Monday January 19, from 11 AM -12:15 PM, the SVA Board of Directors will be meeting in the North Bellaire Room at the Lakeview Hotel.
The North Bellaire Room can be accessed most directly by entering the Lakeview main hotel entrance (not the conference center). Go down the ½ flight of stairs immediately after entering front door to enter the conference room.
Residents are welcome to attend to observe the meeting. A few board members will be present after the meet (until 1 pm) for informal discussion.
The draft agenda is available for review here. Draft minutes will be posted on the website within a few weeks of the meeting for review.
